Foreign Aid Report

The aim of the Foreign Aid Implementation Report (FAIR) is to provide the Government of the Lao PDR, Development Partners, stakeholders and the people of Lao with a report and a tool to enable better planning, monitoring and mobilization of resources in support of the National Socio Economic and Development Plan.

A FAIR with validated data and accuracte analysis will ensure that Government and Development Partners have improved access to more accurate and predictable Official Development Assistance information.

It will also enable the increased integration of ODA in national planning and budgeting as well as facilitate improved coordination, harmonization and monitoring of activities.

In preparation for the next Foreign Aid Report, the Government of the Lao PDR requests Development Partners to complete the survey below and return to the Department of International Cooperation to the address provided in the attached letter..
